To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Fair Use Policy

Features such as data export or public APIs, when made available, are intended for reasonable personal or non-commercial use. Excessive use, scraping, automated requests, or any activity that negatively impacts the service or infrastructure may result in rate-limiting, suspension, or termination of access.

10. Early Access and Sub-Applications

The pkdx platform consists of individual apps for various Pokémon games. Some of these apps may be released early in their development to support newly released games. As a result, features may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to frequent change.

11. Third-Party Services

pkdx uses the following third-party services:

• Clerk – for user authentication
• PostHog – for anonymous analytics and performance monitoring (not used for advertising or tracking outside this app)
• Database providers – for storing user data securely

12. Age-Restricted Features

The core app is currently suitable for all ages. However, if features such as in-app messaging or community interactions are introduced in the future, access to those features may be restricted to users above a certain age in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

13. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Pokémon is a registered trademark of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company. Niantic, Inc. is the developer and rights holder for Pokémon GO. This application may include references to or representations of their intellectual property.

pkdx is an independent fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, Niantic, or any other rights holders. All content is used under fair use for informational and non-commercial purposes.

14. User Content and Data

By using the app, you may input or upload information such as game progress, checklists, or other data. You retain ownership of any content you create. However, by using the service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and saved content within a reasonable time.

15. Data Storage and Availability

We take reasonable precautions to safeguard your data, but we do not guarantee that your saved information will never be lost, corrupted, or inaccessible. We recommend regularly exporting your data if such a feature is provided.
