pkdx is a fan-made platform that allows users to track their progress in various Pokémon games. It is operated independently and is not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, Niantic, or any other rights holders.

• Account Data: Email address, username, and user identifier provided via Clerk authentication.
• Progress Data: Any progress you voluntarily add to your account.
• Analytics Data: Anonymous usage data such as page views and feature usage via PostHog.

4. How We Use Data

We use your data to:

• Allow you to access and manage your personal progress
• Improve app features and performance
• Understand feature usage (anonymous analytics)

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate pkdx:

• Clerk – for secure user authentication and account data storage
• PostHog – for analytics and usage insights (no personal identifiers collected)
• Cloud/database providers – for safely storing yourpkdx user data

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to retain it longer.

7. Data Portability

In the future, we plan to offer features for exporting your progress or accessing your data via an API. When available, this will allow you to take your data with you in a portable format. Before this feature you may contact us to request a portable export of your data.

8. Children’s Privacy

pkdx does not currently offer features requiring age gating. However, if we introduce features such as in-app messaging or social profiles, we may require age verification or limit access to users above a certain age, in accordance with local regulations such as the GDPR or COPPA.

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to:
